It was very easy to place my order. Very satisfied with how easy it was to shop and order.

I notified the PureFormulas that one of the capsules leaked in my bottle of supplements. I supplied photos to document the empty capsule as well as the powder in the bottle interior. PF asked me to return the bottle with remaining supplements. PF did not offer a return label, so I would be required to pay return postage. Unfortunately, we had consumed the rest of the supplements by this time. I attached the final picture of the supplement powder in my hand after I poured out the last supplement. PF refunded me a credit for the one capsule. Thank you PF.

Have been using this product for around 4 months. I have much more energy when I take this a couple times a day. That would be 3 tablets two times a day.

It was great until I was asked to provide my email AND MY PASSWORD to register as military. There is no good reason for me to provide my password to anyone; after all it's MY password.

5 star process but a little lengthy because I was setting up password and the entire account. Next time will be easier I'm sure.

Once again, I ordered Now, non-soy, non-GMO Sunflower Lecithin Pure Powder. I love this product and am totally happy with Pure Formulas rapid and accurate handling of the order. And, once again, their price was the best I could find.

Experience was great at first. My first time so I created an account and it said I received a $5 reward. Got to checkout and it said I can only use the reward for an order over $50. Quite misleading!

I love the brands I can get on Pure Formulas. I also love that when I order, my products come very quickly. What frustrates me--so I'm only giving 4 stars--is when they have a sale, I never seem to qualify for the sale price. This last time Pure Encapsulations brand was on sale--but not for the products I purchased because I didn't get the discount. And I don't know why.

The website is okay but a bit flawed. When I went to check out, I was supposed to get $6.99 off with the special code but it changed to $2.00 off at the final check out. Not happy about the $4.99 difference.
